Blessing Generations - Europe Area Women’s Conference

On 9 September 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00pm (Central European Time) women ages 8 years and older will be gathering across Europe to receive messages of love and inspiration from local and worldwide leaders of the Church.  Speakers will include Sisters from Europe, and visiting General Authorities.  Elder M. Russell Ballard will lead the meeting and looks forward to interacting with Sisters from a wide range of ages and backgrounds.

According to Elder José A. Teixeira, Europe Area President,
"Joining with the sisters will be a special privilege.  It is an opportunity to acknowledge their unique gifts and talents.  Sisters bring purpose and direction to families, sensitivity and service to communities, and strength and solidarity to nations."

Sister Silke Langner, who will also be speaking, added,
"The qualities of strength and leadership in women come from God-given gifts to guide and bless generations.  What we think and do each day matters, not only to ourselves, but to every life we touch and influence."

Originating from Offenbach, Germany, proceedings of this meeting will be broadcast to religious meeting houses throughout Europe.  All women ages 8 and older are invited to gather at their respective chapels as informed by local Church leaders.
